We are currently looking for a Senior Mobile Developer in Latin America.
We are seeking a Senior Mobile Developer to join a dynamic, fully remote team, building scalable, offline-first applications that prioritize security and performance.
In this role, you will design and develop mobile solutions using Expo, React Native, and TypeScript, collaborating closely with backend engineers to ensure seamless integration with APIs.
You will work on responsive, cross-device layouts, prototype innovative features, and contribute to CI/CD workflows that maintain code quality.
The position offers a fast-paced, innovative environment with opportunities to grow technically while impacting global clients and delivering robust, production-ready mobile applications.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain forms-based, offline-first mobile applications using Expo and TypeScriptImplement secure authentication flows (OAuth) and manage local storage (Async Storage, Secure Storage)Build responsive layouts for multiple devices, ensuring consistent and user-friendly interfacesCollaborate with backend engineers to integrate REST APIs and future GraphQL endpointsParticipate in prototyping, proof-of-concept development, and evolution of production-ready appsConduct PR reviews, maintain coding standards, and contribute to CI/CD pipeline workflowsOptimize list performance, animations, and UI consistency across mobile applicationsRequirements5+ years of professional mobile development experienceStrong proficiency in React Native, TypeScript, and the Expo ecosystemProven experience with offline-first architectures and remote data synchronizationSolid knowledge of navigation, routing, deep linking, and responsive layoutsStrong collaboration and communication skills within cross-functional teamsAdvanced or bilingual English proficiencyNice-to-haves: Familiarity with Azure DevOps (Repos, Projects, Pipelines), Azure Functions, Blob Storage, Event Grid, GraphQL experience, CI/CD workflow knowledge with Expo BuildBenefitsFully remote work with hardware providedCompetitive USD compensationTraining and learning stipends to support professional growthPaid Time Off (vacation, personal, study)Opportunities to work with a global client base and cross-cultural teamsCulture emphasizing autonomy, purpose, and human connectionJobgether is a Talent Matching Platform that partners with companies worldwide to efficiently connect top talent with the right opportunities through AI-driven job matching.
