You will bridge the gap between data analysis and creative strategy, ensuring our clients stay ahead of the curve.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Support: Assist in planning and launching ads across Google (Search, Display, PMax) and Meta (FB/IG).Data Analysis: Monitor performance metrics to identify trends and optimization opportunities.Reporting: Help create monthly performance reports and dashboards.Technical Setup: Learn to implement tracking and attribution via GA4 and Google Tag Manager.Collaboration: Participate in strategic meetings with Account Managers to align campaigns with client goals.Who We Are Looking For:Language: Advanced English (written and spoken) is mandatory. The entire interview process and daily operations are in English.Mindset: Analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced \"agency life\" environment.Foundational Knowledge: A basic understanding of how Google Ads and Meta Business Manager work.
