Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:Department: Safety and Health, Environmental Management and PhWork Arrangement: On-SiteThe Safety, Health, and Environmental Manager is responsible for building and sustaining a proactive SHE Management culture by providing functional leadership, ensuring effective governance and programs, and offering oversight and advisory to align purposes and organizational objectives and goals.He/She is responsible for promoting, creating, and maintaining a safe and healthy workplace to safeguard the health and safety of employees and ensure sustainable operations that protect the environment.Manage SHE Team by monitoring work performance, supporting development, motivating, and allocating resources to effectively implement SHE plans and programs.Develop and evaluate SHE initiatives and other SHE competency programs to ensure adequacy, suitability, and effectiveness.Enforce SHE rules and regulations by providing advice and recommendations to management and other teams.Establish SHE plans and programs in compliance with regulatory requirements and in alignment with organizational goals in collaboration with relevant teams.Provide guidance and advisory regarding the implementation of SHE programs, management of the SHE Committee, and development of policies and procedures.Review and evaluate SHE programs through audits, verification, and other assessment tools to adapt to changing regulations and company needs, ensuring effectiveness and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with mandated SHE regulatory requirements through regular reviews, engagement with regulators, and collaboration with other teams to complete and/or submit applications and compliance plans.Network and represent the company to external stakeholders as Safety Officer/Pollution Control Officer and stay updated with changing regulations and industry best practices.Review recommendations for corrective measures to address occupational health, safety, and environmental issues/concerns.Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by immediate superiors.Minimum Qualifications:Must be a graduate of a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Environmental, or Sanitary Engineering.Must be a Registered Engineer.With at least 7 years of experience in Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) or a related field.With a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.Has led at least one SHE-related project.Must be able to attain Safety Officer and Pollution Control Officer accreditation within one (1) year of appointment.1 vacant position available in Calauan, Laguna.#J-*****-Ljbffr
