Job OverviewIn this role, you will be responsible for installing and commissioning Multivac equipment at client facilities, diagnosing and repairing issues, providing technical training, and ensuring efficient service delivery.Main Responsibilities:Equipment Installation and Commissioning: Ensure seamless integration of Multivac equipment at client facilities, including setup, testing, and validation.Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with Multivac equipment, implementing preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.Technical Training: Deliver comprehensive training to operators and production teams on the safe and effective operation of Multivac equipment.Reporting and Follow-up: Prepare detailed technical reports and conduct post-service follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.Team Collaboration: Coordinate with commercial and technical support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective issue resolution.Requirements and QualificationsEducation: Technical degree in Electromechanics, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields.Certifications: Professional certifications in the technical area are highly valued.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.Languages: Technical English for reading manuals and documentation.IT Skills: Proficiency in basic IT tools and systems.
