OverviewJoin the Pioneer Crypto Brand in the PhilippinesCoins is the most established crypto brand in The Philippines and has gained the trust of more than 18 million users.Through the easy-to-use mobile app, users can buy and sell a variety of different cryptocurrencies and access a wide range of financial services.Coins is fully regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and is the first ever crypto-based company in Asia to hold both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses from a central bank.The Middle Office Analyst serves as a critical bridge between the Trading Desk/Finance team and the Business Development (BD) team.This role ensures seamless client account management, centralizes communications, and maintains a comprehensive overview of Trade Desk and Treasury processes.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of crypto operations to facilitate efficient interactions.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary liaison between the Trading Desk/Finance team and the BD team, ensuring alignment on client needs, transaction flows, and operational efficienciesManage client accounts from onboarding to ongoing support, including KYC/AML verification, account setup, and troubleshooting issues in coordination with relevant teamsCentralize client interactions by serving as a single point of contact for inquiries, escalations, and updates between the BD team, clients, and Trading desk teamMaintain an in-depth overview of Trade Desk activities (e.g., order execution, liquidity management) and Treasury processes (e.g., fund settlements, wallet management, and risk assessments)Monitor and report on key metrics such as transaction volumes, settlement times, and compliance adherence to identify and mitigate operational risksCollaborate with Finance to reconcile accounts, handle discrepancies, and support audits or regulatory reporting requirements in BrazilAssist in process improvements by documenting workflows, recommending automation tools, and ensuring data integrity across systemsQualifications And RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field; certifications in financial operations are a plus3+ years of experience in middle office, operations, or client services roles, ideally in cryptocurrency exchanges, banking, or fintechStrong knowledge of crypto trading processes, including spot/OTC trades, treasury management, and fiat-crypto conversionsExcellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of client interactionsProficiency in tools like Google Sheets for data analysis, CRM systems, and financial software (e.g., for reconciliation)Strong communication skills, with fluency in Portuguese and EnglishAnalytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teamsAbout CoinsCoins is a regulated crypto brand in the Philippines, offering a wide range of services through its mobile app.The company operates under BSP licenses for Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer.#J-*****-Ljbffr
