Job Description:We are seeking a highly experienced and certified project management professional to drive the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of our work management and portfolio solutions.Responsibilities:Project Management & Architecture: Lead the end-to-end design and development of complex projects, including utilizing premium applications to meet business needs.Platform Optimization: Act as an expert and administrator, continuously optimizing the platform for performance, scalability, and user experience.Governance & Standards: Establish and enforce governance, best practices, and standardization for dashboards, reporting, automation, and data integrity across the organization.Stakeholder Mobilization: Introduce and drive adoption of the project management platform and its capabilities across all levels of leadership.Design Excellence: Provide expert consultation on visual design and structural layout of projects, ensuring they are intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with user experience best practices.Project Office Leadership:PMO Implementation: Establish, lead, and mature the project office function—defining, documenting, and implementing project management standards, best practices, and procedures.Portfolio Management: Establish and lead the use of project management tools for enterprise-wide intake, demand, and resource management, portfolio management, and real-time status reporting.Strategic Alignment: Charter and lead executive-level bodies to ensure project portfolios are aligned with strategic goals and organizational objectives.Process Improvement: Drive measurable improvements in project delivery metrics, such as increasing on-time completion rates and enhancing strategic focus through effective prioritization methods.Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience:Progressive Leadership Experience: In Project Management roles.Expert-Level Experience in Project Management: Development, configuration, and administration, with a proven track record of implementing project management tools in multiple corporate environments.Demonstrated experience in establishing, leading, and maturing a corporate project office from the ground up, including hiring and managing a team of project managers and business analysts.Experience managing multiple project portfolios valued over $10M each and managing over 300 concurrent projects.Experience in change management and successfully integrating new processes and teams following acquisitions or mergers.Design Sensibility and UX Expertise: With the ability to evaluate and provide constructive feedback on project design, layout optimization, color schemes, formatting, and overall visual presentation to enhance usability and user adoption.Certifications:Project Management Professional (PMP)Certified Agile Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
