You'll be responsible for designing and implementing backend solutions that integrate with cutting-edge Generative AI technologies, delivering tangible business value across multiple domains.You will work with cloud-based and on-prem LLM APIs, apply prompt engineering techniques, and orchestrate models using modern frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
Your work will be critical in shaping how our client leverages GenAI to transform their operations.You'll collaborate with architects and SREs in CI/CD and cloud environments, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and explore new tools and approaches to AI development.

You're customer-focused and thrive in collaborative, inclusive environments.Required Technical And Professional Experience3+ years of experience in backend software developmentProficiency in Python or Node.js with TypeScriptExperience with relational databases (SQL)Cloud experience with AWS or AzureExperience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., GitLab)Strong understanding of REST API design, MVC architecture, and backend development best practicesFamiliarity with GenAI APIs (e.g., Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI)Understanding of GenAI concepts: prompting, guardrails, LLMs vs. SLMs, vector embeddingsPreferred Technical And Professional ExperienceExperience in AI projects (e.g., using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)Experience with backend frameworks aligned with Python or Node.js (e.g., Flask, FastAPI, Express, NestJS)Knowledge of vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) for RAG solutionsFamiliarity with GenAI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex)Experience with containerization and API documentation tools (e.g., Docker, OpenAPI)Exposure to full-stack development (e.g., Next.js or frontend integration)Soft SkillsHigh adaptability to new technologies and environmentsSelf-sufficient and solution-oriented mindsetResilience under pressure and in complex technical scenariosConsultative and proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvementAbility to manage multiple tasks and deliverables simultaneouslyCreative problem-solving and lateral thinking in demanding contextsWork EnvironmentPrimarily remote work, with occasional visits to client or Kyndryl officesPreferred location: Argentina / Buenos AiresDaily communication in Spanish; technical English required for documentation and APIsAbout The TeamYou'll join a growing technical and consultative team working closely with key client stakeholders to build their GenAI Center of Excellence.
