Join us as Procurement Regional Coordinator - Bottles LATAM PROCUREMENT There has never been a more exciting time to be working in Procurement when you consider the sheer scale of what we are seeking to grow the business whilst doing good for our planet and our society.As Unilever Procurement adapts to the ever dynamic business environment, we will need to be agile in order to continue our track record of delivery in contributing to the top and bottom line.Inevitably, given the consistent and high quality of our delivery over the past few years, we will be asked to continue this rate of performance and indeed go over and above this standard to ensure the value provided is further enhanced across the scope of our remit.As well as ensuring that we are best in class in delivering the basics, we also have to look to the future and continuously evolve to meet the needs of our changing environment - reinventing ourselves for sustained competitive advantage.Our suppliers are at the heart of everything we do.We need to work more closely than ever with suppliers to co-create sustainable practices and bigger and better innovations.This places great demands on the skills and expertise of all of us as Procurement professionals.JOB PURPOSE Unilever is the place where you can bring your purpose to life with the work that you do – creating a better business and a better world.If you are dynamic, value oriented and looking forward to work on an exciting portfolio agenda then this role is just for youYou'll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet.Because here, we don't just hire for jobs.We invite you to be part of something bigger.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible to manage Bottles procurement portfolio for Brazil (cross BG), with 80M EUR spend, aligned with the LATAM team and global report for rigids team.Develop and drive savings agenda.Develop suppliers and support innovations for all BGs.Lead negotiations with suppliers.Analyze and develop deep understanding of the supply markets and material value chain, including external economic factors which influence those markets.Develop and implement effective purchase strategies.Conduct price forecasting and connect with the business to bring market information.Drive our sustainability agenda with a focus on plastic reduction requirements.Ensure suppliers participation and adherence to Unilevers Sustainability Agenda.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bacheloor's Degreed Completed; Experience in Procurement; Track record of working in cost savings and business value projects; Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting; Spanish and English fluent: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Agility: Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and business needs; Disruptive Thinking: Innovative mindset to challenge the status quo and drive improvements; Strategic Sourcing: Expertise in strategic sourcing to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness; Availability to work on-site in São Paulo twice a week.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with packaging procurement is a plus.At Unilever, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do.We welcome applicants from all walks of life and are committed to creating an environment where everyone can thrive/succeed.All applicants will receive fair and respectful consideration, and we actively support the growth and development of every employee.
