Creative Strategist Job DescriptionCreative strategy is a pivotal component in driving growth through emotive ad creative.
Our most effective ads spark nostalgia and feeling—the message resides within the visuals, pacing, and music, not lengthy copy.You will collaborate with editors and user-generated content (UGC) creators to develop, test, and scale high-converting video concepts for Meta platforms.Translate insights into captivating hooks and storyboards; select music, pacing, and shot lists that effectively convey the message.Create concise briefs for UGC creators/editors; source and manage these individuals.Guide editing (cuts, rhythm, captions/overlays when necessary) to maximize thumb-stop, click-through rate (CTR), and conversion value rate (CVR).
Leverage rapid testing; analyze performance (net cost per acquisition (nCAC), CTR, hold rate, return on ad spend (ROAS)) and iterate swiftly.
