São Paulo – Hybrid | PJ Contract About UsCustomer Intelligence Inc. is a professional consulting and marketing services company that delivers innovative solutions to help clients achieve growth.While CI specializes in the financial sector , we also collaborate with payment brands, fintechs, processing systems, and technology companies across LATAM.What We're Looking ForWe are seeking a Business Project Manager with solid experience of both Agile and traditional project management practices and how to blend them pragmatically for regulated, client-facing banking products.Please note : Candidates without recent or relevant experience in these sectors will not be considered .Profile RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.mainstream PM certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner, or Agile certifications such as CSM or PSM? 5+ years in project or program management within software, vendor-hosted product integrations or technology-driven environments with experience in digital treasury solutions.Strong understanding of the financial ecosystem (acquiring, banking partnerships, switching platforms, etc.).? Proficiency with project and portfolio tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, MS PowerPoint or similar;Excellent consultative and stakeholder management skills.Ability to analyze data and report on progress using metrics, dashboards, and executive-ready narratives.Languages (mandatory):• Advanced English• Advanced PortugueseKey ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of digital banking initiatives, ensuring alignment across scope, timeline, budget, and stakeholders.Drive cross-functional execution and governance across Product, Engineering, Operations, and external partners.Manage risks, dependencies, KPIs, and benefits realization to ensure successful launches and post-launch value.Align Agile delivery with business objectives while ensuring regulatory, financial, and security compliance.Support go-to-market activities, including launch readiness, communications, and enablement.Contract & Work Model6-month temporary contract (strong extension potential)Start Date: *****PJ (Legal Entity) hiringHybrid : Up to 3 days/week in São Paulo?
