About usHMH is a leading provider of drilling solutions, offering a wide range of products and services that are designed to be the safest and most efficient in the industry.Apart from our expertise in land and offshore operations, we are continuously expanding our knowledge within subsea mining, geothermal, onshore and offshore construction, as well as offshore wind industries.With offices in 16 countries across five continents, HMH maintains a strong global presence.HMH is a frontrunner in developing and providing automation and digital solutions for our drilling customers to support their endeavor to improve efficiency and environmental footprint.Equipped with its brilliant team of engineers, HMH is committed to actively exploring opportunities in other industries.For us, this means new opportunities and challenges that we need creativity and great minds to solve in our efforts to innovate our future.Do you want to join our team?At HMH we value our employees.We offer exciting job opportunities that will give you the opportunity to grow in your role and give you the professional development you deserve.In addition to competitive pay and benefits, you will join a casual and inclusive work environment.Our environment is based on respect and having a good day at work, so you can expect to join a knowledgeable, global team who help each other to succeed.SummaryJob Responsibilities- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.- Develop project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.- Develop detailed project plans to track progress.- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.- Report and escalate to management as needed.- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Engineering Graduation)Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experienceSkills and Abilities:- Proven track record of managing teams to deliver project objectives.- Strong oral and written communication skills.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both formal and informal settings.- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to help build effective processes.- Excellent ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership (HMH and customer organization)- Good ability to build and use a MS Project schedule to effectively manage work scope- Good working knowledge of SAP.- PMP certification is a differential- Good ability to identify risks and develop robust mitigation strategies- Excellent skills adhering to project cost budget (cost to date, cost to go, estimate at completion)LocationMacaé, RJ - Brazil
