Project Manager JúniorPrincipais Responsabilidades:Gerenciamento dos projetos NetChart e seus módulos;Organizar, conduzir e compartilhar minutas das reuniões de projeto com os clientes e internas de projeto;Estar em contato contínuo com os clientes para alinhamento de prioridades;Produzir e atualizar relatórios e cronogramas;Participar de treinamentos para nivelamento técnico;Acompanhar todos os temas dos projetos que gerencia;Identificar oportunidades comerciais e compartilhar internamente;O PM é o maior responsável pelo sucesso do projeto.
Ele precisa entender as necessidades do cliente e conseguir direcioná-las internamente.
Para tal, é necessário muito engajamento, excelente comunicação verbal e escrita além de um bom conhecimento da nossa solução.
A pessoa selecionada irá integrar o Project Management Office (PMO) com os demais PMs.
É necessário flexibilidade de dias e horários de acordo com os projetos a serem designados.Habilidades Necessárias:Inglês fluente;Comunicação excelente;Escuta empática;Trabalho em equipe;Autonomia;Raciocínio lógico;Excel - Avançado;Project - Intermediário;Habilidades Diferenciais:Telecomunicações - básico;Banco de dados - básico;Espanhol - intermediário;Formação Acadêmica:Engenharia Elétrica;Engenharia de Telecomunicações;Engenharia de Sistemas;Engenharia de Controle e Automação;Engenharia Mecatrônica;Vantagens e benefícios de ser um bwtecher:Auxílio banda larga;Horário flexível;Modelo de trabalho híbrido: dois dias da semana presencial no escritório e os outros três dias de home office;Frutas à vontade no escritório, porque o que não podia faltar é um lanchinho saudável, né?
