It Project Manager - Detalhes da Vaga. ? Responsável por:- Propor, especificar e validar soluções de Tecnologia de Informação para transformar os requerimentos de negócio da Flua na América Latina em projetos estruturados- Apoiar na definição de padrões e melhores práticas de desenvolvimento de software inerentes a soluções Digitais a serem processadas em ambiente cloud; - Contribuir com as equipes de desenvolvimento (Squads) na aplicação dos ritos de metodologia Ágil, visando otimizar a execução dos sistemas- Fornecer diretrizes inerentes boas práticas de desenvolvimento relativas à segurança da informação; - Prover consultoria ao processo de desenvolvimento de software e adoção de práticas DevOps definidas pelo departamento de Arquitetura; - Fomentar adoção de novas tecnologias em cloud: Micro serviços, containers e automação- Participar ativamente da coordenação de projetos de forma a aprimorar produtividade e alcance de indicadores que direcionem entrega incremental de valor às áreas de negócio; - Coordenar sustentação de produtos de software através da implementação de melhoria contínua e evolução das soluções; Entre outrosFormação superior na área de Tecnologia de Informação, Computação, Análise de sistemas e afinsSólida experiência em modelagem de processosInglês AvançadoExperiência mínima de 5 anos em gestão de serviços de TIExperiência sólida em desenvolvimento de software (. ?Net ou Java)Conhecimento ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)Conhecimento das melhores práticas de gerenciamento de projeto (PMBoK)Sólida experiência na gestão de projetos em ambientes complexosBônus por performance anualVAVRAuxílio teletrabalhoAssistência MédicaAssistência FarmacêuticaGymPassPrevidência PrivadaSeguro de Vida.
