Company Description Hiring Group is dedicated to connecting businesses with exceptional talent across various industries.With a commitment to excellence, we specialize in sourcing, retaining, and empowering top-tier candidates who align with the unique needs of companies, ranging from startups to large enterprises.Our team has expertise in recruiting for software development, marketing, customer service, administrative, and executive roles, ensuring businesses build strong and capable teams.Hiring Group upholds diversity and inclusion by providing Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO) and fostering an unbiased hiring process.About the Role Home Alliance is searching globally for a Director of Production & Demand | Marketing a senior role supporting the U.S. based business in the marketing and growth sector.This senior leadership role oversees end-to-end production and demand operations across SEO, Content, Design, and GMB teams translating executive strategy into scalable lead generation and measurable revenue growth.Location: Global | Remote (Los Angeles Time Zone) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (LA Time) Employment Type: Full-Time As the Director of Production & Demand, you'll own both the production portfolio and demand-generation outcomes.You'll unify strategy and execution by managing the Heads of Operations and Demand Gen, ensuring seamless alignment between capacity planning, marketing execution, and lead targets.Your mission: build an efficient, data-driven engine that consistently delivers high-quality leads and drives sustainable business growth.Key Responsibilities Translate executive priorities into quarterly roadmaps with clear objectives, budgets, and KPIs.Lead cross-functional production teams (SEO, Content, Design, GMB) to achieve lead and revenue goals.Oversee portfolio governance and the operating cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews).Align demand strategy with production capacity to maintain predictable lead supply.Optimize resource utilization, vendor management, and process efficiency.Implement QA frameworks, automation, and reporting systems to scale quality and consistency.Manage P&L levers, ROMI, and cost-performance tradeoffs to protect profitability.Represent the organization in leadership meetings, reporting dashboards, risks, and opportunities.Success Metrics Growth in booked leads and Gross Income.Operational throughput and on-time delivery.QA and first-pass acceptance performance.Team utilization and automation coverage.Vendor ROI and budget efficiency.Ideal Candidate 5+ years of experience in growth, marketing operations, or production leadership (25+ team scale).Proven success managing SEO, content, and creative pipelines tied to lead and revenue outcomes.Strong command of input/output metrics, capacity planning, and financial ROI.Skilled in CRM, GA/GA4, Search Console, and dashboard tools (Power BI, Asana, ClickUp, Jira).Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and executive communication skills.Why Join Global, fully remote setup aligned with LA time zone.Direct influence on company-wide lead generation and operational performance.Opportunity to build and scale world-class marketing operations.Collaborative, results-driven culture with executive support and autonomy.
