Job OverviewTurnKey is the leading offshore tech staffing firm, renowned for its expert management of complex staffing challenges.Our team has been diligently building and scaling our HR functions across LATAM countries.The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing essential human resources support to our LATAM team members and clients.This role plays a crucial part in executing our people initiatives, delivering exceptional internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.The successful HR Manager will possess excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with a proven track record of talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.Key responsibilities include assisting with various HR tasks such as driving HR initiatives, being a trusted advisor, supporting managers in building and optimizing HR functions within their teams, and organizing company events.Responsibilities:Working as an integral part of the HR and Operations team, contributing to the company's strategy, and attending regular HR team meetings.Collaborating with the LATAM HR People Partner to build and maintain excellent relationships with employees in order to deliver top-notch HR services and demonstrate a proactive approach to solving people issues.Coordinate and administer day-to-day employee life cycle functions, including onboarding, offboarding, adaptation, and orientation programs.Partnering with the HR and Retention Lead to conduct quarterly HR meetings and acting as an HR advisor to support clients and their teams.Developing and implementing different HR initiatives for the LATAM region.Collaborating with the core team from different regions in a multicultural environment.RequirementsA bachelor's degree in business or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in human resources functions, preferably in tech companies.Excellent client-facing experience.Advanced level of English language proficiency.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office, Google G-Suite, and Notion applications.Time management skills and ability to complete tasks efficiently.Flexibility and adaptability to changing workload.Good level of emotional intelligence.Ability to manage multiple assignments and projects simultaneously.Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.Ability to work in diverse and inclusive environments.Learning agility.Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize workload.What We OfferWe are committed to building a diverse team of talented individuals who bring different perspectives to the business.We welcome and celebrate new ideas and allow you to make an immediate impact on the team.Benefits Include:Fully remote work option.Flexible PTO policy (no specified limits).Provided laptop (MacBooks).Opportunity to attend professional development training, certifications, and conferences.Private health & dental insurance.Free advanced English lessons.Team-building events in various countries across Europe.Access to a special online shop where you can purchase exclusive branded items and merchandise.
