takes a new perspective using existing solutions.Works independently, receives minimal guidance.Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.Like what you see?Apply nowLearn more about ADP at WHAT YOU'LL DO:Here's what you can expect on a typical day: Agile: You'll start each day with a scrum, working in a team to understand responsibilities, identify issues, and communicate coding priorities while choosing user stories to complete.You will also participate in other agile ceremonies, including scheduled sprint demos to stakeholders.Development: Working in two-week sprints, you must keep up with timelines and coding standards.Most of your daily schedule will be software development, but you will also test your code before submitting it to QA for final testing.You won't just focus on development in this role.You will also be responsible for testing and deployment.Continuous Learning: You will attend to ceremonies to actively collaborate with other developers to share ideas or show what you've learned.An eagerness to learn will help you keep up with ever-changing technologies and maintain the ability to create the best tools for our clients.Experience: You have strong experience using full-stack technologies such as Python, , ReactJS, etc, with some contact with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and/or expanding/tooling LLMs.WHAT YOU'LL NEED:Working experience with Python and Working experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and/or expanding/tooling LLMsExperience with cloud providers, mostly AWS, and using LambdasAdvanced or Fluent English skills (capable to interact with other teams)Strong understanding of object oriented design and AI BONUS POINTS FOR THESE:Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDBExperience with WebApplication development with ReactJS Programming skills in other languages such as JavaBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is desiredREQUIREMENTSEducation: Desired BA/BS degree - or equivalent in education and experience.Experience: Desired a strong experience in equivalent or similar area.Fuctional Knowledge: Requires conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.Business Expertise: Knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others;
