We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Engineer to join our team.This individual will collaborate with product and platform teams to turn requirements into scalable technical solutions.The ideal candidate is a Staff-level engineer with a strong background in full-stack development, Java, JavaScript, and AWS.They must have advanced English language skills for effective communication with clients.The hiring process involves an initial conversation about experience, a technical interview with top developers, and meeting the client to join the team.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality full-stack applicationsLead architecture and design decisions to ensure projects are scalable, maintainable, and performantLeverage experience in platform teams to administer AWS resources, create robust automations, and enhance internal process flowsProvide comprehensive support to the engineering team by developing and maintaining internal applicationsIdentify opportunities for code, database, and resource optimizationConduct validation tests and performance assessmentsParticipate in code reviews and deliver constructive feedbackRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field8+ years of full-stack development experience6+ years of Java experience4+ years of JavaScript experience3+ years of AWS experienceAdvanced English language skillsBenefits:Paid time offNational holidays celebratedSick leaveRefundable annual creditTeam-building activitiesBirthday day off
