This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Allshore Talent. We are currently looking for a DBT Developer (Snowflake & Sigma) in Latin America.
As a DBT Developer, you will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will design, build, and maintain scalable data transformation pipelines while leveraging advanced analytics and visualization tools to deliver high-quality reporting. Collaborating closely with data analysts, engineers, and stakeholders, you will ensure that data workflows are efficient, reliable, and aligned with organizational goals. Accountabilities:
· Design, develop, and maintain robust DBT data transformation pipelines.
· Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
· Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Sigma to support business decision-making.
· Optimize data workflows for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
· Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across various sources and environments.
· Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of data processes.
· Document data pipelines, workflows, and technical standards for team knowledge sharing.
· Proven experience with DBT for data transformations in cloud-based environments.
· Strong proficiency with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.
· Experience with Sigma or equivalent BI/data visualization tools.
· Solid understanding of SQL, data modeling, and analytics best practices.
· Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
· Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize complex data pipelines.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
· Prior experience in modern analytics or consulting environments is a plus.
