Imagine a career where you can make a real difference in the world of data assurance.As an SAP Data Assurance Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and transform your career in a collaborative environment.Here are some key aspects of this role:End-to-end SAP data conversion and loading lifecycle management, including technical data preparation, conversion, execution of data loads, defect management, and reporting.Collaboration with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure alignment with project goals.Coordination and management of data conversion and data testing cycles.Ensuring traceability between data conversion requirements, test cases, and defects.Overseeing data preparation in coordination with SAP platform, functional, and other teams.Providing leadership and mentorship to other data team members and ensuring adherence to data conversion best practices and standards.Tracking and reporting data preparation and conversion progress, risks, and issues to project leadership.Required Qualifications:5+ years of experience in SAP data conversion, with at least 3 years in a data conversion or related data management role.Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, etc.) and their integration points.Experience with SAP S/4HANA data conversion is preferred.Proficiency in data conversion tools such as ADM by Syniti.Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Preferred Skills:Experience with data conversion tools and frameworks.Familiarity with Agile and hybrid project methodologies.Knowledge of data conversion tools such as ADM by Syniti.At our company, we promote an inclusive culture, respecting individuality and diversity.We offer professional development, constant evolution of your skills, opportunities to work outside your home country, a collaborative and innovative environment, and more.
