Hey, DingusYep—you read that right.Dingus & Zazzy is expanding, and we're on the hunt for a versatile, design-driven Webflow + WordPress expert who can take a website from concept to completion.About UsDingus & Zazzy is a global digital marketing agency helping brands grow across every corner of the digital landscape.We offer an "unlimited get-shit-done" subscription for our clients—from websites to social to SEO and everything in between.Our team is full of creatives, strategists, tech geeks, and builders who love making brands look, feel, and perform better online.If that sounds like your vibe, keep reading.What You'll DoDesign and develop responsive, visually engaging websites in Webflow and WordPress.Create wireframes, prototypes, and full website designs that align with user needs and client goals.Translate approved designs into fully-built, functional websites using Webflow or WordPress.Collaborate with internal teams to clarify requirements and ensure flawless execution.Ensure all designs follow UX / UI best practices, accessibility standards, and performance guidelines.Customize, refine, and optimize websites based on client feedback.Stay up-to-date with digital design trends, tools, and new Webflow / WordPress capabilities.Troubleshoot design-related issues and ensure smooth handoff and deployment.What You Bring3+ years of professional experience designing AND developing websites using Webflow and WordPress.A strong portfolio showcasing web design, UX / UI work, prototypes, and completed builds.Proficiency in wireframing tools and design platforms (Figma, XD, Sketch, etc.).Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.Experience with site performance optimization and SEO-friendly design practices.Ability to work effectively within a fully remote team.Strong communication skills—you can articulate design decisions clearly.Close attention to detail and a passion for creating elevated digital experiences.Bonus PointsExperience with animations or micro-interactions in Webflow.Familiarity with brand identity or graphic design.Experience working in fast-paced agency settings.Work DetailsHours: 9 A.M. – 5 P.M.MST, Monday to FridayRequires a working level of written and spoken EnglishIf you're someone who can dream up a beautiful interface, bring it to life, and polish it until it shines, we want to hear from you.Ready for the ride of your life?Apply now#J-*****-Ljbffr
