Hunting: Focuses on identifying and onboarding new sellers, expanding the marketplace's range of offerings and driving growth. Seller Service: Provides ongoing support to sellers, addressing their needs and helping them optimize their experience and performance on the platform. REQUIREMENTS: The requirements may change according to the position, but for Brazil Marketplace we usually look for people with: ? Bachelor's degree or above; ? Experience with Marketplace; ? Sales aptitude and ambition to constantly surpass your KPIs; ? Logical and problem-oriented thinking; ? Good analytical skill; ? Excellent communication skills; ? Proeficient in Microsoft Excel; ?
