Endpoint Security ManagerWe seek an experienced leader to oversee the security and maintenance of our 600+ endpoints.This remote role requires a professional with expertise in automation, efficiency, and compliance across multiple security frameworks.Key Responsibilities:Lead a team of engineers providing technical guidance and career developmentOversee maintenance, patching, and compliance for Windows and macOS endpoints using NinjaOneDrive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and minimize end-user contact timeEnsure endpoints meet compliance requirementsDevelop and implement endpoint security policies and proceduresManage vendor relationships with endpoint management and security solution providersRespond to and troubleshoot complex endpoint issuesCreate and maintain documentation for endpoint standards and processesCollaborate with security and IT teams to implement endpoint protection strategiesRequirements2+ years people management experience in IT or technical teams5+ years hands-on endpoint management experienceStrong proficiency with NinjaOne or similar platformsExperience managing both Windows and macOS environments at scaleDemonstrated experience automating tasks using PowerShell, Python, or similarDeep understanding of patch management, software deployment, and configuration managementCompliance with security frameworks (SOC2, ISO*****, GDPR, CCPA)Preferred QualificationsCybersecurity or identity governance experienceCertifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop AdministratorAutomation tools and scripting for large-scale deploymentsThis is a fully remote position requiring occasional global meetings and on-call rotation participation.
