About FoundeyFoundey is a strategic UI/UX design agency specializing in supporting SaaS, AI, and tech startups.Our mission is to help startups create user experiences that match their potential through design that connects user behavior to business success.We offer strategic UI/UX design, embedded design partnerships, product interface design for SaaS dashboards and AI products, UX audits, and MVP design sprints.Our team combines expertise across industries to deliver founder-focused solutions that drive growth, retention, and conversion.Foundey helps founders leverage design strategies to set industry trends and achieve scalable product success.Role SummaryThis is a full-time remote Project Manager (UX/UI).In this role, you will oversee end-to-end UX/UI design and development projects, coordinate cross-functional collaboration across teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.ResponsibilitiesManage logistics, facilitate inspections, and track project progress.Ensure alignment with client goals and timelines.Serve as the key liaison between design teams and clients to communicate and achieve project goals.Coordinate and expedite cross-functional collaboration across teams.QualificationsSolid experience as a Product Designer with Figma, Framer, and related tools.Strong project management and expediting skills, able to coordinate, prioritize tasks, and manage tight deadlines.Proficiency in inspection and logistics management, ensuring high-quality project deliverables.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and leadership ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and processes; experience in design agencies or tech industries is a plus.Bachelor's degree in business management, design, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.Preferred Qualifications8+ years as a Product Designer or Manager.Direct experience designing for startups/SaaS.Background designing data-heavy interfaces and complex user journeys.Knowledge of frontend development principles (HTML, CSS) to communicate effectively with developers.Prior experience working with US-based startups or product teams.Experience facilitating design workshops, user interviews, or stakeholder alignment sessions.Why Join UsAt Foundey you work on high-impact projects for fast-growing SaaS and cybersecurity companies, shaping digital tools that protect and empower businesses worldwide.You'll collaborate with talented designers and technologists, contribute to cutting-edge design solutions, and grow your career in a studio that values innovation, ownership, and excellence.How to ApplySend your resume and portfolio to ****** and ******.#J-*****-Ljbffr
