Endpoint Automation Specialist - Detalhes da Vaga. ? As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in maintaining and securing our global endpoints. ? Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement automation scripts to reduce manual processes and minimize end-user contact time. ? You will also be responsible for maintaining, patching, and ensuring compliance for Windows and macOS endpoints using NinjaOne. ? In addition to your technical expertise, you will work closely with security and IT teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance endpoint security. ? You will also collaborate with the team to create and maintain technical documentation for endpoint configurations and processes. ? Required Skills and Qualifications: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in endpoint management Strong proficiency with NinjaOne or similar endpoint management platforms Experience managing both Windows and macOS environments Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell and Python for automation Solid understanding of patch management, software deployment, and configuration management Experience with security compliance requirements (SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR, CCPA) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Work Environment: Must be available for occasional meetings across global time zones On-call rotation participation required for critical issues This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization. ?
