At the forefront of home services and facility management, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team.About the Role:This key position plays a pivotal role in driving business growth through proactive outreach, partnership development, and relationship-building.Responsibilities:Establish and maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C partners via calls, emails, and digital channels.Qualify and nurture a pipeline of partnership prospects from initial contact to successful deal closure.Negotiate and close strategic partnerships aligned with company objectives.Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular updates on outreach activity and pipeline status.Collaborate with leadership to develop and optimize sales strategies, scripts, templates, and campaign materials.Requirements:Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields.Proven track record of success in direct sales, partnership management, or business development.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to identify key decision-makers and build rapport quickly via digital channels.Tech-savvy – comfortable working with CRM and sales automation tools.Highly organized, accountable, and driven by measurable goals.What We Offer:Competitive compensation package, including performance-based bonuses.Flexible remote work arrangement (U.S. hours overlap preferred).Direct collaboration with leadership and opportunities for growth in business development.
