Join to apply for the Data Analyst role at Ryz LabsRemote position within Argentina & UruguayRyz Labs is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join one of our clients.This Data Analyst will sit within the Analytics team within the larger Product org.This is a high-impact role where you will partner with leaders to define KPIs, own measurement and analysis of product metrics, analyze, test, and build dashboards to monitor tech product performance, identify new opportunities to improve KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations to inform product roadmaps.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience in an analytics role at a public or high-growth start-upResults-oriented with the ability to identify dependencies and leverage multiple sources of informationAdvanced skills in SQL, capable of writing complex and optimized queriesProficiency in Tableau or other data visualization toolsExperience with experiment design and test analysisExperience in Python and/or R is a plusPrevious experience in Travel/Hospitality analytics is preferred but not requiredAbility to prioritize and respond to analytics requests in a fast-paced environmentCurious and eager to learnYou will:Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to define clear, actionable metricsDevelop and maintain dashboards to track performance trends and ensure stakeholders have reliable insightsConduct deep-dive analyses to diagnose performance changes and answer high-priority questionsIdentify new opportunities for product growth or optimization through user behavior analysisPresent findings and recommendations to influence product roadmaps and KPIsAbout RYZ Labs:RYZ Labs, founded in ****, is a startup studio with founders experienced in major tech companies and consumer brands, primarily in Latam.We focus on building industry-defining companies with diverse, remote teams across the US and Latam, leveraging cutting-edge cloud technologies.Our environment promotes autonomy, learning, growth, and challenging projects, fostering professional development and teamwork.Our values:Customer First MentalityBias for ActionOwnershipHumility and RespectFrugalityDeliver ImpactRaise our StandardsAdditional details:Seniority level: Not ApplicableEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Information TechnologyIndustries: Technology, InternetReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Ryz Labs by 2x.#J-*****-Ljbffr
