Transforming Mental Health Support AccessWe are working to address significant gaps in care accessibility by providing 24/7 private and instant support at the push of a button.Mental health technology is growing quickly, and every person who joins our team shapes its future.You will own Yuna's conversational intelligence, shipping user-visible improvements while raising empathy, reliability, and guardrails.This hands-on staff-level role involves research-to-production and platform thinking.It includes end-to-end model lifecycle management: problem framing, data curation, modeling, evals, rollout, monitoring.You will closely work with clinical psychologists for efficacy, design agentic flows, build evaluation flywheel, implement alignment & safety layers, optimize for latency, cost, and quality.In this role, you will partner with product, sales, and users for new features and establish LLMOps for datasets, prompts/checkpoints/versioning, observability, drift monitoring, and incident response.The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in ML/AI with LLM/NLP systems in production, deep skill in Python, modern deep learning stacks, retrieval/RAG, embeddings, reranking, and long-context summarization.A strong product sense and comfort working with ambiguity and creating systems from scratch are also required.We prioritize user outcomes not just model metrics.
