Come to one of the biggest IT Services companies in the worldHere you can transform your careerWhy to join TCS?Here at TCS we believe that people make the difference, that's why we live a culture of unlimited learning full of opportunities for improvement and mutual development.The ideal scenario to expand ideas through the right tools, contributing to our success in a collaborative environment.We are looking for(job name)who wants to learn and transform his career.In this role you will: (responsibilities)Must Have:A regional product owner is responsible for managing and aligning product development and strategy to endure product meets the needs of the local market while aligning with the broader product vision.- Own the regional product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure that local requirements are incorporated into user stories working closely with regional product manager- Work closely with local product owners, development team, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure that regional needs are considered in the overall product development- Work with legal and regulatory teams to ensure the product complies with regional laws, regulations and standards- Ensure product is localized for the region, including language, cultural preferences and any necessary adjustments to functionality- Maintain fit-gap analysis to understand custom vs regional development variance- Represent the voice of the local country needs by ensuring the product meets local customer needs and build regional product solution- Define epics, features and user stories to cover local business needs while incorporating UX- Break down high level requirements into actionable user stories, ensure they are clear, concise and ready for the development team by clearly defining acceptance criteria- PO will be responsible to make sure backlog is visible and understood by all stakeholders, including developers and regional product team- Work with stakeholders and users to facilitate UAT and ensure the product works as expectedTest and validate that the product meets the defined acceptance criteria and business requirementsCollaborate with development team using agile execution model to ensure that features are developed and delivered on time- Involve regional users in product testing, gather-feedback and iterate on product features to better fit local needs- PO will act as a liaison between the stakeholders, regional and local teams ensuring the product aligns with the business vision and delivers customer value- Actively participate in regional and local iteration and PI planning, daily standups and relevant agile ceremonies- Fluency in English and Spanish required; Portuguese or French beneficial.Core Skills1. Product Management: Understanding of product lifecycle, product strategy, and roadmap development.2. Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.3. Backlog Management: Ability to create, prioritize, and manage a product backlog.4. User Story Writing: Skill in writing clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.5. Stakeholder Management: Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.6. Market Research: Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis.7. Data Analysis: Proficiency in using data to inform product decisions.8. Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of software development and technical concepts.9. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.10. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Tools and Technologies1. Project Management Tools: Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar tools.2. Prototyping Tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.3. Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar tools.4. Collaboration Tools: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Confluence, or similar tools.5. Version Control: Basic understanding of Git and GitHub.Certifications (Optional but Beneficial)1. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)2. Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)3. Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)4. Certified Agile Product Manager and Product Owner (ICP-APO)Soft Skills1. Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.2. Empathy: Understanding and empathizing with user needs and pain points.3. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and environments.4. Decision-Making: Ability to make informed decisions quickly.5. Negotiation: Skill in negotiating with stakeholders and team members.Domain Knowledge (Industry-Specific)1. E-commerce: Understanding of online retail and customer behavior.2. Fintech: Knowledge of financial/Insurance services and regulations.3. Healthcare: Familiarity with healthcare systems and compliance.4.
