OverviewOowlish, one of Latin America's rapidly expanding software development companies, is seeking experienced technology professionals to enhance our diverse and vibrant team.You will collaborate with premier clients from the United States and Europe, contributing to pioneering digital solutions.Oowlish is Great Place to Work certified, with opportunities for professional development, growth, and international impact.The role offers remote work to support a healthy work-life balance.About The RoleWe are seeking a QA Automation Engineer to own test automation across two SaaS products.This role suits someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, builds scalable testing frameworks, and coaches teams on best practices.You'll ensure quality while enabling rapid development cycles.ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain, and scale test automation frameworks using Playwright.Migrate existing test suites from Cypress to Playwright.Integrate testing processes into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Vercel, or similar).Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define and enforce testing best practices.Work with modern frontend stacks (React, Vitest) to ensure comprehensive test coverage.Support and guide teams in adopting lightweight QA discipline and processes.Learn and adapt to Backendless runtime models as needed.Must HavesStrong hands-on experience with Playwright in real-world SaaS products.Experience migrating from Cypress to Playwright (strong plus).Proficiency with CI/CD automation tools (GitHub Actions, Vercel, or similar).Familiarity with Vitest, React, and modern frontend development.Comfort with Backendless or willingness to quickly learn.Ability to coach teams on testing best practices.Strong communication skills to bridge QA, product, and engineering needs.Benefits & PerksHome officeFlexible hoursCompetitive compensation based on experienceCareer growth opportunitiesInternational projectsOowlish English Program (Technical and Conversational)Oowlish Fitness with Total PassGames and competitionsYou can also apply here: Website: / • LinkedIn: / • Instagram: levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionQuality AssuranceIndustries: IT Services and IT Consulting#J-*****-Ljbffr
