Then Copy Squad wants you on the team.About The CompanyWe're hiring a Remote Digital Operations Coordinator / Technical Operations Specialist to serve as an integrator across three brands, Copy Squad, PickJunkies, and our agency division.
In this role, you'll work directly with the CEO to build and maintain automations, streamline onboarding, organize creative assets, and analyze performance data.
Your contributions will form the operational backbone of the business, enabling the creative team to stay focused on strategy and growth.Copy Squad is a boutique agency that helps businesses scale through direct-response copywriting and strategic marketing.

If you're energized by creating systems, managing complexity, and turning ideas into action, you'll fit right in.Learn more about the company HERE.ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage automations in GoHighLevel (tags, triggers, email/SMS sequences, upsell/downsell flows)Automate cross-sell and upsell campaigns (e.g., lifetime pass offers triggered post-purchase)Integrate fulfillment extras (e.g., Printify t-shirt delivery) into automation stackMaintain and optimize onboarding sequences from purchase ? Discord ? product accessSimplify onboarding for less tech-savvy users with walkthroughs and explainer videosMaintain a centralized swipe file system for copywriters (Notion-based)Organize and distribute high-performing promos, emails, and ads for easy access if requested by writers.Use GoHighLevel API or integrations to track email performance (open/click rates)Gather top-performing client promos and store them for internal useMaintain templated assets for junior-level tasks (order forms, upsells, offers)Ensure funnels (opt-ins, follow-ups, upsells) are running and optimizedImplement upsell triggers and fulfillment automationAct as an ops partner across all brands, tying together tech, customer experience, and internal processesTake over low-leverage tasks currently handled by the CEO and design leadFocus first 30/60/90 days on agency swipe system, PickJunkies onboarding, and Copy Squad automationsRequirementsExceptional fluency in English across reading, writing, and verbal communicationMinimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar agency environment (preferred)Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with automations, integrations, and system optimizationMinimum 2 years of project management experience using PM tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana—not ticketing platforms)Leadership experience in managing teams or cross-functional projects (preferred)Familiarity with copywriting and marketing funnels (preferred)Strong technical aptitude; comfortable working with automation platforms and digital toolsProven ability to identify inefficiencies and implement long-term, scalable solutionsSkilled in breaking down complex projects into clear, actionable stepsCapable of making sound decisions independently and managing multiple prioritiesAdditional requirements:Available to work in U.S. EST time zonesAccess to a computer and basic tech setupReliable internet connectionReliable and distraction-free work environmentFinancial industry knowledge is helpfulProject Management tool experience with Notion or similar software, highly preferred (Not ticketing tools like Jira)This position is for a person who is: Highly organized and detail-orientedStrong follow-through and task completion skillsProactive self-starter who takes initiative without needing micromanagementOperates with a sense of urgency and accountabilityComfortable being direct and assertive, especially around deadlinesProfessional and composed in fast-paced environmentsSolution-oriented with a positive, can-do attitudeTakes ownership and avoids excusesMotivated by impact and loves getting things doneThis position is NOT for someone who:Struggles with follow-through or self-managementHas to be pushed to do their jobPrefers a slow-paced work environmentLacks a sense of urgencyThinks "good enough is good enough"Makes excusesDoesn't care about getting exceptional resultsIs unavailable to work during U.S. EST time zoneCan't stand political conservative viewpointsHates the financial industrySoftware Utilized by CompanyGoHighLevel, Notion, Google Workspace, PrintifyOffer DetailsFull-time, remote, contractor positionBRL: R$6.720,00 - BRL: R$7.280,00/monthNo benefits providedOur Cultural Pillars:We are professionals.
