Front-end DeveloperAbout the RoleDevelop and maintain the front end of the agent assist chatbot and email auto-drafting tool using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.Build dynamic UI components that integrate with real-time AI services and backend APIs.Collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend developers to create seamless and intuitive user interfaces.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.Cross-functional collaboration with backend engineers to interface with services built in Python and data stored in PostgreSQL.Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Active participation in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes.Translate product requirements and user feedback into elegant, functional interfaces.Collaboration throughout the software development life cycle.We are seeking a skilled Front-end Developer who has experience in building complex front-end applications using React, knowledge of database design, querying, and optimization, particularly using Postgres.The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, exposure to GraphQL, and/or Azure Functions and Azure OpenAI.Experience in version control systems such as Git, RESTful APIs, and integrating front-end components with backend services is essential.A solid problem-solving skillset, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and passion for developing good software are required.Experience participating in design discussions with both technical and non-technical audiences and familiarity or experience with Agile engineering practices (test driven development, continuous integration and pair programming, etc.) is desired.Understanding of web technologies (HTTP, Apache, HTTP Proxies) and experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) is beneficial.
