OrangeHRM is a platform for Human Resource professionals to manage and optimize employee information in one central system, so that this information can be fully leveraged by all company stakeholders.A day of life in our team:We're responsible for ensuring our customers can get the best value possible out of our software.
We retain them on how to use the software, we configure the system to mach their business requirements and we find innovative ways to solve real world problems.Key Responsibilities include:Gather business requirements and configure our software to meet business needs.Deliver online user training in English on the OrangeHRM software.Engage with customers to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.Contribute to user guides and software documentation.Become a trusted advisor for our clients and advocate for their needs within OrangeHRM.Handle multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently.Prepare project plans, meeting minutes, status updates in order to effectively deliver projects.Aid the sales organisation in pre-sales activities to win new business.What we are looking for:Dynamic, self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude and an outgoing personalityFluent oral and written communication in EnglishExcellent presentation skillsStrong knowledge in MS Office SuiteA Diploma or a Degree in Information TechnologyA passion for helping people understandDomain knowledge in Human Resources Management would be an added advantage.
