We are seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence Expert to join our organization.As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for extracting insights from raw data and delivering actionable recommendations.The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to query data sources, cleanse and manipulate data, and create visually engaging reports and dashboards.Ambitious professionals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment where innovation thrives will find this role both challenging and rewarding.The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards, analyzing and visualizing data, and will be proficient in tools such as Tableau.You will work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, querying data sources for required data, creating datasets, reports, and dashboards to meet requirements.Your responsibilities will also include presenting and gathering feedback on finished products, deploying data reports and dashboards to Tableau, and developing reports according to analyst-defined specifications.Additionally, you will conduct technical training, maintain and document operational environments, and ensure that all deliverables meet high standards of quality.A robust set of skills is expected including superior organizational skills, a disciplined approach to implementation, support documentation, and experience with ETL using SSIS Python or similar technologies knowledge of SQL Server database architecture (components and processes).Beyond technical expertise, we seek an individual who shares our commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.A competitive package of benefits includes flexibility, tailored compensation, tech-driven tools, autonomous workflow, well-being, diversity, and inclusion collaboration development mentorship, and growth opportunities.Required Skills:- At least 3 years developing Business Intelligence dashboards analyzing and visualizing data- Strong analytic skills with hands-on approach delivering commitments- Superior organizational skills disciplined approach to implementation support documentation- Experience with ETL using SSIS Python or similar technologies knowledge of SQL Server database architecture (components and processes)This role presents a unique opportunity for ambitious individuals to grow professionally, expand their skillset, and contribute to our mission.
