Visual Communications SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Visual Communications Specialist to create high-quality ad creatives that engage our audience.You will be responsible for researching competitors, identifying winning visual trends, and producing effective ad content that drives results.Create attention-grabbing ad creatives, including static images, carousels, and GIFs for paid social platforms.Conduct ongoing research on competitor ads and market trends to identify successful visual concepts and adapt them for client campaigns.Develop multiple iterations of the same creative concept, testing variations in typography, visual hierarchy, and layout to maximize performance.Maintain organized files, asset libraries, and version control to enable fast and efficient creative production.Requirements:Previous experience working with e-commerce brands or within a performance marketing agency, focused on creating ad creatives.A mandatory portfolio showcasing real creatives used in live campaigns (applications without a portfolio will not be considered).Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, Asana, Slack, Meta Ad Library.Professional English (B2/C1+).The portfolio must demonstrate strong typography skills.Outdated fonts, generic selections, or poor spacing are considered disqualifying.
