Senior AI EngineerWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer with extensive experience in software and AI/ML engineering.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python and proficiency in either Golang Node.js or Java, with a strong desire to adopt Golang as the primary back-end technology.AI Systems Development: Design, fine-tune, and deploy AI agents purpose-built for utility use cases including predictive operations, customer engagement, and energy optimization.Back-End Integration: Build APIs, microservices, and orchestration frameworks that seamlessly connect AI models with enterprise systems and grid-level data flows.Key Responsibilities:Pipeline Ownership: Oversee the complete AI pipeline, from ingestion to continuous deployment, ensuring reliability and scalability.AI Risk Mitigation: Address vulnerabilities unique to AI, such as model drift, bias, exploitation, adversarial robustness, and hallucination control, while maintaining sensitivity to regulated environments.Required Expertise:Excellent English communication skills.5+ years of applied ML/AI engineering experience, ideally with exposure to enterprise mission-critical systems.Strong proficiency in Python and either Golang Node.js or Java; non-Golang developers will learn and adopt Golang on the job.
