We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Operations Manager to lead our financial and accounting functions in Brazil.Key Responsibilities:Oversee external accounting services, ensuring compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.Lead the budgeting process, including financial planning, cost control, and variance analysis.Manage current and future contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and efficient resource allocation.Maintain control of fixed assets, including registration, depreciation, and reconciliation.Supervise procurement, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.Deliver financial and management reports to corporate headquarters, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.Strengthen internal controls and improve administrative and financial procedures.Develop and lead the local team, promoting best practices in governance and operational efficiency.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in controllership and corporate finance, ideally within the mining, energy, or infrastructure sectors.Strong background managing third-party accounting services and financial compliance.Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, contracts, and internal controls.Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile with the ability to work independently.Fluent Portuguese is required; advanced English proficiency is highly desirable.
