Estamos em busca de um(a) Tech Recruiter para compor nosso time de Talent Acquisition na T-Systems.Esta pessoa atuará de forma estratégica na atração e seleção de profissionais de tecnologia, com forte envolvimento na validação técnica dos candidatos.A posição é voltada para atuação com times globais, além de sólido background em recrutamento técnico.ResponsabilidadesConduzir processos seletivos de ponta a ponta, com foco em posições de tecnologia de diferentes senioridades e especializações;Atuar diretamente na triagem técnica e comportamental dos candidatos;Realizar entrevistas estruturadas, validando conhecimentos específicos em desenvolvimento, infraestrutura, cloud, dados, entre outros;Colaborar com líderes globais na definição de perfis e estratégias de recrutamento;Utilizar ferramentas de sourcing avançado para identificação de talentos em mercados diversos;Garantir uma excelente experiência do candidato durante todo o processo seletivo;Apoiar ações de employer branding e mapeamento de mercado.RequisitosFormação completa em Psicologia ou Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas;Inglês e espanhol avançados (escrita, leitura e conversação);Experiência comprovada como recrutador(a) técnico(a), com atuação além da avaliação comportamental;Familiaridade com stacks de tecnologia e metodologias de avaliação técnica;Vivência em ambientes corporativos internacionais ou com equipes multiculturais;Domínio de ferramentas de recrutamento ( Recruiter, ATS, plataformas técnicas, etc.).Experiência com posições em áreas como Cloud, Data Science, DevOps, ou Cybersecurity;Vivência anterior em empresas de tecnologia ou consultorias especializadas em recrutamento tech;Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis e cultura DevOps;Participação em projetos globais de atração de talentos.Sobre as vagasLocal: São Paulo, SPModalidade: HíbridoHorário: Segunda a sexta, das 08h às 17hO que oferecemosOportunidade de desenvolvimento profissional em uma das líderes globais em tecnologia.Se você busca novos desafios e quer evoluir em sua carreira, aplique-se hoje e junte-se ao nosso time inovadorCriar um alerta de emprego para esta pesquisa#J-*****-Ljbffr
