Technical Lead – Sample Manager LIMSBrazil (Remote); preferred in Sao Paulo.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Technical Lead – Sample Manager to lead and deliver Sample ManagerLIMS implementation and enhancement projects. This role is responsible for driving technical execution,collaborating closely with clients and internal teams, and ensuring high-quality, compliant, and timelydelivery of solutions aligned with company standards and SOPs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the technical team on Sample Manager LIMS implementation and enhancement projects.Act as a technical front-facing resource with customers to understand enhancementrequirements and propose effective solutions.• Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and produce clear, detailed requirementspecification documents.Design, develop, configure, and implement enhancements and revisions to meet client needs.Deliver solutions according to agreed timelines, ensuring compliance with company standards,SOPs, and quality guidelines.• Provide technical guidance and support to internal team members and clients throughout theproject lifecycle.Evaluate client requirements and translate them into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.Contribute to the delivery of high-quality software through effective system design, peer codereviews, unit testing, and best development practices.• Participate across the full system lifecycle, including design, development, testing,implementation, maintenance, and ongoing support.• Collaborate effectively with multiple internal teams and multiple client stakeholderssimultaneously.Technical Scope• Develop and configure Sample Manager workflows, including:? Sample workflows? Stock and instrument modules? Instrument interfacing using Integration Manager? Report Designer, Forms Designer, and Label Designer? Sample Scheduler, Batch Management, Lot Management, and Plate Handling? Stability, SQC, SM-IDI, PIMS, and DashboardsRequired Qualifications7+ years of experience in Sample Manager implementation and support.Extensive hands-on experience developing and configuring solutions in Sample Manager LIMSStrong background in systems analysis, design, development, quality assurance, and integrationmethodologies.• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously with strong analytical andproblem-solving skills.• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, with minimal supervision in projectenvironments.Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance and prioritize multiple concurrent projects.Excellent communication skills; English language proficiency is required. Spanish is nice to haveFlexible, self-motivated, and proactive team player with a positive, delivery-focused attitude.Willingness and ability to learn and migrate to new technologies while adhering to priorities andtimelines.• Clear understanding of individual and company goals, with a strong commitment to seeing workthrough to completion.
