OverviewJoin to apply for the Information Technology Manager role at LEDN.We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many different hats including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.A successful candidate will have demonstrated previous success in similar roles in rapidly growing, security-first environments.The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code, and is excited to help end users who need assistance.The role reports to the Director of IT and involves working closely with Cybersecurity/IT peers and key stakeholder teams such as Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering and HR.This is a customer-facing, first-line support role where you own the support experience for employees via tools like Slack and Jira.We are a Mac environment.ResponsibilitiesBe the first line of support for employees; own support experience via Slack, Jira, and related tools.Administer and troubleshoot Mac endpoints; procure and deliver technology equipment; onboard new employees and retrieve equipment from departing employees.Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge.Manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.) and Mac endpoint/mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM/Jamf).Improve identity and access management (IDP/SSO) integrations (GSuite, Okta).Detail solutions, craft help articles, and automate routine tasks.Manage, respond to, and resolve critical incidents and issues to completion; prioritize help desk tickets and balance them with project work.Contribute to projects using agile methods and sprints (Jira); set and track objectives and key results aligned to team and company goals.Collaborate with stakeholders across teams and maintain customer-focused IT service delivery.Qualifications7+ years in SaaS systems administration (e.g., Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite).Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, and similar languages.Experience with open source tools (e.g., Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki).Ability to integrate SSO into Okta and create workflows in Okta; experience with APIs to integrate systems.Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; ability to handle shipping/receiving hardware and customs.Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts clearly and empathetically.Strong documentation skills and ability to craft clear help articles; ability to manage projects and self-direct priorities.Fundamental networking knowledge and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, OSI model).Self-management and ability to scope projects and coordinate across multiple teams.Strong organizational and time-management skills; comfortable navigating ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete data.Nice to haves: Some familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM/command-line tools; Jamf/Okta/Google Workspace certifications.Culture & BenefitsCulture fit: leadership mindset, adaptability in a startup/tech environment, collaborative across functions, and empathy in cross-cultural contexts.Comprehensive total rewards package starting on day one.Competitive PTO; equity ownership in the company.Remote-friendly: opportunity to work remotely anywhere in the world for up to 180 days (subject to restrictions).Inclusive, diverse workplace and equal opportunity employer; accommodations available during recruitment.You may reach out for accommodation requests at any stage of the recruitment process.Requests will be addressed confidentially.We are a remote-first, globally distributed team and may contact only qualified applicants due to high application volume.No agencies or recruiters, and we do not sponsor unsolicited resumes.#J-*****-Ljbffr
