Join NFQWe are a global consulting firm specialized in business, technology, and operations, with over 2,000 professionals across national and international offices.At NFQ, we offer a different consulting model:Flexible | Scalable | Specialized | Client-Centric.As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for an experiencedSenior Consultantwith strong expertise inGlobal Transaction Banking (GTB)to join our team in São Paulo (Hybrid model).If you are passionate aboutcorporate banking solutions,trade finance, andcash management, and want to lead impactful transformation projects in the financial industry, this opportunity is for you.What You'll DoLeadgap analysis, requirements gathering, and validationto define practical solutions and perform comparative assessments with a strategic focus onGlobal Transaction Banking (GTB).Drive and support initiatives in:Trade Finance & Working Capital(Documentary Trade, Factoring/Receivables Finance, Supply Chain Finance/Confirming, Export & Agency Finance, Structured Trade).Cash Management(cash pooling, sweeping, virtual accounts, liquidity dashboards).Plan, oversee, and coordinate project deliverableswithin defined time and cost parameters.Prepare and deliverproject reportingto senior management through presentations and executive updates.Coordinateworkshops and meetingswith internal and external stakeholders for strategic alignment and requirements validation.Define and executetesting initiativesin collaboration with IT teams.Ensurealignment and coordinationbetween Business, IT, Operations, Risk, and other stakeholders to meet client needs.Supportchange managementand successful adoption of new systems or processes.Must-Have QualificationsKnowledge ofPIX(Brazilian instant payments): rules, reconciliation, and immediate settlement.Understanding ofBrazilian regulations(BACEN: PIX, TED, DOC) andinternational trade finance standards.Proven experience participating in theimplementation of PIX (Brazil's instant payment system), including setup, rules, reconciliation, and immediate settlement.Minimum of3 years of experienceinfinancial consulting, institutional or corporate banking, or related sectors.Hands-on expertise in Global Transaction Banking (GTB)with working knowledge in at least one of the following:Trade Finance & Working Capital (Documentary Trade, Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance).Cash Management (payments, liquidity, pooling, virtual accounts).Proven skills inrequirements gathering, senior-level reporting, IT liaison, and testing.Familiarity withcorporate banking platformssuch as Finastra, Temenos, Oracle Flexcube, Kyriba, or similar.Experience withdigital and API-based GTB solutions.Fluent English(written and spoken).Spanishis a strong plus.Nice to HaveExperience withERP / Treasury Management Systems (TMS)such as SAP Treasury, Kyriba, Oracle Treasury, or Finastra.Familiarity withprocess automation (RPA)andliquidity dashboards(Power BI, Tableau).Experience inoperational and liquidity risk management.Exposure tocross-border payments, FX, and international trade finance projects.Proficiency inagile methodologies(Scrum, Kanban), workshop facilitation, and requirements discovery.Relevant certifications such asCPA-20, CTP, CFA; graduate degrees (Master's or specialization) in Finance, Economics, International Business, or Risk Management.Preferred EducationBusiness Administration, Economics, Finance, Banking, Accounting, Engineering (Industrial, Systems, Production)— strong foundation in corporate finance, trade finance, and process optimization.Advanced education (Master's level or specialization) highly valued:Master's in Finance, Economics, or International Business.MBA focused on strategic management and stakeholder engagement.Postgraduate degrees in Banking, Treasury, or Risk Management.What We OfferOpportunity to leadstrategic GTB transformation projectsfor top-tier financial institutions.Work in adynamic and international environmentwith exposure to high-impact banking initiatives.Continuous learning, certifications, andprofessional development plans.Language classes to boost your global career.Flexible work model (Hybrid – São Paulo).CLT contract benefits:Health & dental insuranceLife insuranceMeal voucherTransportation allowanceVR - R$ 800,00A collaborative work environment, internal events, and global mobility opportunities.??
