We are seeking a Commercial Growth Director to drive revenue expansion and strengthen our presence in the nutraceutical market.As a senior business development expert, you will leverage your established network and commercial expertise to identify and pursue high-value opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesPursue new business growth through strategic partnerships with global key accounts, brand owners, distributors, and contract manufacturersDevelop and expand our business development capabilities by identifying and pursuing emerging trends and innovations within the nutraceutical industryLead the full business development cycle — from opportunity identification to negotiation and long-term strategic planningFoster close collaboration with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver integrated go-to-market strategies and optimize commercial performanceOversee contracts, commercial terms, and performance optimization across partnership lifecyclesSpearhead international expansion through new market development and strategic alliancesRepresent us at leading industry trade shows and events to enhance brand visibility and network reach.Key QualificationsYou can be located anywhere within South America to qualify for this role.8+ years' experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial leadership within nutraceuticals, ingredients, food, or life sciences within South America.A well-established book of business and strong relationships across the nutraceutical ecosystem.Demonstrated ability to generate revenue growth and close complex commercial agreements.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to convert technical innovation into business value.An entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth, hands-on environment.Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
