Endpoint Engineer ManagerAs the lead of a team of endpoint engineers, you will oversee maintenance and security for our organization's endpoints.Your key responsibilities include leading and mentoring your team, overseeing maintenance and compliance, driving automation initiatives, and ensuring endpoints meet compliance requirements.Key qualifications include people management experience in IT or technical teams, hands-on endpoint management experience, proficiency with NinjaOne or similar platforms, and experience managing both Windows and macOS environments at scale.Demonstrated experience automating endpoint management tasks using PowerShell, Python, or similar is also required.Lead a team of endpoint engineers Oversee maintenance and compliance for endpoints Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes Ensure endpoints meet compliance requirements Mentor team members in technical skills and career development Develop and implement endpoint security policies and procedures Manage vendor relationships with endpoint management solution providers Respond to and troubleshoot complex endpoint issues Collaborate with security and IT teams to implement endpoint protection strategiesYou will be expected to have a deep understanding of patch management, software deployment, and configuration management.Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent communication skills are also essential.
