OverviewJoin the Pioneer Crypto Brand in the PhilippinesCoins is the most established crypto brand in The Philippines and has gained the trust of more than 18 million users.Through the easy-to-use mobile app, users can buy and sell a variety of different cryptocurrencies and access a wide range of financial services.Coins is fully regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and is the first ever crypto-based company in Asia to hold both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses from a central bank.We are seeking a proactive CRM Specialist to join our marketing team remotely on a temporary 3-month contract, with the potential to extend up to 1 year.The successful candidate will manage and optimize customer engagement strategies, oversee the customer journey, ensure data-driven decision-making, and provide regular reports and insights to the Head of Marketing in Brazil.ResponsibilitiesManage customer journeys, including onboarding, retention, and reactivationExecute email, push, and SMS campaigns accurately and on timeMaintain data quality and segmentation for targeted campaignsMonitor and report key performance indicators such as open rates, CTR, conversions, churn, and LTVProvide actionable insights and recommendations to the Head of Marketing in BrazilCollaborate with Marketing, Product, and Growth teams across time zonesContinuously optimize campaigns to improve performanceQualificationsExperience with CRM platforms such as Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce, LeadConnector and/or HomioExperience in crypto products, exchanges, blockchain protocols, or digital assetsFluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plusProactive, results-oriented, and able to work independentlyAble to follow instructions and collaborate effectively within a teamWilling to go beyond basic responsibilitiesFlexible to work across global time zones, including collaboration with AsiaJoin the Coins Team NowMeaningful Collaborations - The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with other relevant teams to carry out implementations that will improve and create an impact on customer experience.Scalable Growth - Be part of a fast-growing organization with the vision to expand its territories outside APAC which will provide opportunities for career advancement.A Space For Bright Ideas - Let your bright ideas be converted into meaningful changesCoins culture welcomes new ideas backed up by data to create an impact.Seniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionOtherReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Coins.ph by 2xWe're unlocking community knowledge in a new way.Experts add insights directly into each article, started with the help of AI.#J-*****-Ljbffr
