About us:Smarter Contact is the #1 messaging platform for real estate professionals in the U.S. Our SaaS product powers millions of conversations to close more deals through smart SMS, voice, and automation.We're a fast-growing SaaS company, leading the market and scaling fast — andwe're looking for a seasoned Full Stack engineerto join our high-performance team and build impactful features across our product suite.If you're tired of slow, corporate environments and want to move fast, own decisions, and ship work that matters — this is your moment.What You'll Own:Design and build high-impact features across our Node, Typescript, and ReactJS stackArchitect scalable systems and lead technical decision-makingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to connect product ideas to executionTake ownership of user experience, performance, and system designDive into complex user journeys and translate them into clean, scalable codeBuild for scale using GCP, PostgreSQL, and microservice-based architectureProactively identify technical gaps, raise flags, and propose improvementsHelp maintain a high-quality codebase while shipping fastWhat We're Looking For7+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer in SaaS or product-driven environmentsStrong background in software architecture and cloud-based developmentDeep expertise in Node.js, React, and TypeScriptHands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Compute Engine, Cloud Functions, Storage, SQLAdvanced knowledge of PostgreSQL — database design, optimization, and maintenanceSolid understanding of CQRS, DDD principles, and distributed system designExperience in defining and implementing microservice architecturesStrong communicator who can explain complex ideas to technical and non-technical teamsThrives in fast-moving Agile environments and understands team velocity, iteration, and improvement? Bonus Points (Not Required)Experience in the messaging, voice, or telecom spacePrior experience working at a fast-paced startupFamiliarity with C# or Onion Architecture??
