Immersive Mobile Development Expert">As a key contributor to our mobile app development team, we are seeking an experienced and innovative Android Engineer to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) and Jetpack Compose, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, user-centric experiences.About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and collaborative individual who can architect, develop, and maintain complex mobile apps using KMP for shared business logic and Compose for modern UI design. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-platform initiatives, collaborating with engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver innovative features, and ensuring seamless Android and iOS experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture and Development: Design and implement robust mobile architectures, leveraging KMP and Compose to create scalable and efficient applications.Cross-Platform Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and consistency across both Android and iOS platforms.Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize high-volume mobile systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.Code Refactoring: Continuously refactor and revitalize codebases as technology evolves, ensuring the highest levels of quality and maintainability.Leadership and Innovation: Lead development efforts for new products and enhancements to existing products, driving growth and market success through innovative features and solutions.RequirementsExperience: 5+ years of experience in Android development, with a strong proficiency in Kotlin.Launcher Experience: Strong experience with Android Launcher is highly desirable.Jetpack Compose: Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose and modern Android architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture).Kotlin Multiplatform: Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) or other cross-platform frameworks.iOS Development: Exposure to or experience with iOS development (Swift or Objective-C) is a strong plus.Architecture Design: Strong architecture design skills and ability to build reusable UI components.Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced engineering teams.Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.Entrepreneurial Drive: Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and passion for innovation.Join us in shaping the future of immersive mobile experiences">),
