Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Operations Manager to lead our accounting and payments processes, driving operational improvements across the organization.Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of accounting operations, including reconciliations, reporting, and data management.Additionally, you will be responsible for managing payroll and contractor payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness, supervising invoicing and Accounts Receivable processes, maintaining healthy cash flow, leading the setup and optimization of financial tools like QuickBooks Online (QBO), Stripe, and Excel/Google Sheets for better financial visibility, collaborating with leadership to design and implement process improvements and automation initiatives, and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.Required Skills and QualificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills5+ years of experience in accounting, payroll, and financial operationsHands-on experience with Stripe and QuickBooks Online (QBO)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google SheetsExperience with SQL, LLMs (Large Language Models), or automation tools (nice to have)Experience in fast-paced startup or SaaS environments (nice to have)Availability to work in US time zones and start within 2 weeks from job offerBenefitsThis role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborate with leadership, and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.You will also have access to industry-leading tools and technologies, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.OthersPlease note that this is a full-time position, and candidates must be available to work in US time zones.If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance and operations, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
