Business Analyst & Scrum Master (supply chain) Cube Hub Inc.•Vitória da Conquista, Bahia, BrazilDescrição da vagaRole OverviewWe are seeking a Hybrid Business Analyst & Scrum Master to support the delivery of Supply Chain Analytics product teams.This role combines deep business and data analysis expertise with Agile leadership to drive insights, improve supply chain performance, and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.The successful candidate will partner with planning, logistics, manufacturing, and analytics stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable analytics solutions while facilitating Scrum ceremonies and team execution.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct & Business Analysis (80%)Partner with Supply Chain stakeholders across Demand Planning, S&OP, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Customer Service to gather and define requirements.Translate business problems into analytics solutions including dashboards, KPIs, data marts, and alerts, aligned to the product roadmap.Create and maintain analysis artifacts: user stories, acceptance criteria, BPMN process maps, data dictionaries, and data lineage.Perform data discovery and profiling in Snowflake; write optimized SQL (CTEs, window functions) and validate data quality against source systems.Review Power BI reports, semantic models, DAX measures, calculation groups, and Row-Level Security (RLS).Define, monitor, and improve key supply chain KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, OTIF, case fill rate, production adherence, DC throughput, and transportation cost per case.Support data governance initiatives including metadata management, access controls, and data quality rules.Contribute to analytics standards, best practices, and documentation.Scrum Master & Delivery (20%)Serve as Scrum Master for the analytics product team.Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Coach teams on Agile principles including transparency, inspection, and iterative delivery.Maintain backlog health and sprint cadence; leverage velocity, cycle time, and burn metrics to forecast delivery.Remove impediments and foster collaboration across business, data engineering, analytics, platform, and security teams.Promote Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD), test automation where applicable, and measurable sprint outcomes.Communicate progress through roadmaps, dashboards, and stakeholder updates.Required Qualifications5–8+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Analytics roles.3–5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, SQL, and Power BI (DAX, RLS, data modeling).Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL / ELT pipelines, and data quality frameworks.Experience in CPG supply chain domains (demand planning, inventory, production, logistics).Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil.Preferred QualificationsCertifications: CSM / PSM, PL-300, SnowPro CoreExperience with SAP, Blue Yonder, or Kinaxis.Knowledge of S&OP, APS, ERP (SAP ECC / S4), TMS, and WMS data structures and integrations.Familiarity with data governance frameworks (stewardship, cataloging, quality rules).Tools & EnvironmentSnowflake, SQLPower BI (Desktop & Service)Azure DevOps (work management)Data Catalog / Governance tools (e.g., Collibra)ERP / APS / TMS / WMS integrationsBusiness ImpactImprove service levels, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, and cost-to-serve.Increase analytics reliability, scalability, and stakeholder adoption.Enable data-driven decision-making across supply chain functions.#J-*****-Ljbffr
