What to Expect
Analyze, prepare, and process data for operational and decision-making purposes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create valuable information
Validate and test data to ensure accuracy
Communicate complex information clearly to influence decision-making
Support sales enablement activities related to customer master maintenance and account restructuring
What is Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial operations or customer support
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, and VLOOKUPs
Experience with data entry and account updates in JDEdwards and Salesforce (SFDC)
High school diploma or equivalent
Skilled in handling MasterData and Valgensis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in mentoring or training less experienced colleagues
Familiarity with vendor credentialing processes for healthcare facilities
Ability to create custom certificates of insurance for hospitals
Experience with background check and drug test procedures
