Software Development ProfessionalJob DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled software development professional to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building core platforms, integrating AI tools, and collaborating with agile teams.The successful candidate will work closely with AI engineers, security leaders, and product managers to build and deliver AI-native services at startup speed.Key ResponsibilitiesFront-end development: Build and maintain front-end applications using cloud-native best practices.Back-end architecture & development: Design and implement APIs, services, and distributed systems.Ai integration: Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate models, embeddings, and agent services into back-end systems.System modernization: Transform legacy workflows into modern, secure, scalable codebases.Security & compliance: Ensure all services adhere to utility-sector regulations.Agile delivery: Deliver features and improvements in cycles measured in weeks, balancing speed with reliability.RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:Excellent English communication skills.5+ years of software engineering experience.Proficiency in React, Python, and either Golang, Node.js, or Java.Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality code.Basic proficiency with AI/ML tooling.Solid understanding of databases, message queues, and distributed architectures.Cloud-native engineering experience.Clear communicator, adaptable, eager to learn and grow AI capabilities over time.Please note that we are looking for candidates who can demonstrate a passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
