Job Description:As a seasoned talent acquisition professional, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top technical talent across the Americas.Your primary objective will be to drive business growth by fostering strong relationships with candidates and clients.Key responsibilities include:Talent Sourcing: Identify, screen, and assess highly skilled technical candidates in software engineering, data science, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and professional networks.Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate competitive compensation packages and close deals efficiently, ensuring seamless candidate experience.Key Qualifications:In order to excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and mentor a team of 2-3 technical recruiters, foster a positive team culture, and provide guidance to enhance their recruitment skills.Process Improvement: Implement innovative recruitment tools and technologies to streamline the hiring process and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.Collaboration: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders, understand their hiring needs, and align recruitment strategies with overall business objectives.Why This Role:This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and experienced recruiter to take on a leadership role and make a significant impact on our organization's success.
